If someone took over your job tomorrow, what would they stop doing immediately?

Not because they’re smarter or better than you.

But because they’ll quickly realize that the most important things to do are not the things you think are most important.

Think about it.

You’ve spent years fine-tuning the way you function.
You’ve created your own processes, and developed your own way of doing things.

You’ve probably even convinced yourself that a whole bunch of the things you do are absolutely necessary.

But are they really?
Or are you doing them because you’ve always done them?

Here’s what I see a lot in my executive coaching business:

Some of the things you’re holding on to the tightest, are the exact things holding you back.

In fact, most of those things can probably be done better by someone else.

I know this because it happens to me all the time.
I’ll spend hours working on something that I could probably hand to someone else.

Yet I don’t.
And I kick myself about it every time.
Metaphorically of course.

I hold on to some of the things because I’ve convinced myself I can do it better. And, if I’m being completely honest with you, which I am, sometimes I just like doing the things. Even when I know I shouldn’t.

Which got me thinking.

What if I got replaced tomorrow?

What if someone new takes over my business and gets to decide what stays and what goes.

They don’t care about how much I care about the things or not. They only care about whether it’s worth doing.

So I built an AI prompt that lets you see how your replacement will change things.

This prompt will open your eyes to all the ways you’re holding yourself back from achieving your goals.

It asks you 6 questions about your job, how you spend your time, and what you’re most proud of. Then it becomes the person taking over.

Will the AI get everything right? Of course not. But it doesn’t have the same emotional attachment to your work that you do.

And sometimes that’s exactly the perspective you need.

When I ran this prompt, it opened my eyes to things I was completely blindsided by. It’s pretty damn powerful.

Run the prompt.
Meet your replacement.
Find out what they’d fire you from doing.
