You wouldn’t believe how many leaders I work with who say their leadership style is to let other people do their job. And then they tell me they don’t understand why nobody is accountable.
I ran engagement surveys for an organization for over 11 years so managers saying it's not their job to coach, train, motivate or monitor their teams isn't new to me, lol!
