I agree 100% with this! I hate pulpy orange juice! And I hate pulpy leaders.

Love this! Everything about it! The bottleneck is there on purpose, to retain control, to exercise power and to 'slow down' high performers (that last one is personal)

Natural orange juice has pulp, I hate artificial orange juice, the kind you are talking about; however, I agree with your description of a pulpy leader, and yes that is a very real problem that needs to get fixed, my workplace has that. How can you from your trench help solve the problem?

So sorry to hear about the work thing Ernesto. Why don’t we jump on a call for a few minutes and I can give some advice. Calendly.com/bytitleonly

Oh, and I’m not sure I’d call pulp free juice artificial.

If you take an orange at home and squeeze it, you’ll have juice with pulp. If you pour that through a sieve or cheesecloth, you have pulp free juice. Same orange. Same juice. Nothing artificial. The good juice companies do a larger scale version of that
