Both parents need space to support their family. This isn't a women's issue, we need to support all parents to be productive at work while supporting families!
I completely agree, Amy. I started to go down the paternity leave route as well but that led to a much bigger conversation which might be best left for a different issue.
That said, the gender pay gap, discrimination and so many other things plague more women than men - so I kept my focus on them for this one.
